Product Details

In 1986, Richard Ramirez’ lawyers compiled a document and presented it to a judge in order to call for a mistrial on the Night Stalker case. They felt as though the media coverage of Ramirez in Los Angeles was skewing the jury and giving a negative image of their client.
As the story goes, the judge immediately dismissed this document and threw it in the trash. Afterwards, a member of the jury took the document from the trash as a souvenir. Later, this document had a small number of copies created and distributed.
Never before published in book form, this document is now being shared as a curiosity and lost piece of history from the Richard Ramirez trial. It compiles courtroom transcripts and a collection of newspaper articles presented as evidence for the mistrial case.
Richard Ramirez vs. the City of Los Angeles is an essential read for anyone invested in the Night Stalker case and for true crime enthusiasts alike.

This collector edition is signed by Nico Claux, who did the cover.

158 pages , 7"x10" (18cmX26cm), softcover.
