Serial Killer Skulls are custom made and painted on an anatomically correct lifesize resin skull replica by Nico Claux. One side of this Pogo skull is decorated with reproductions of John Wayne Gacy paintings and the other side is painted with his famous Pogo the clown makeup. Nico used drops of his blood to splatter the skull.
